Bold Claim is a handmade sandal in genuine leather, tan. Handstitched straps and a soft suede footbed keep it comfortable, wear after wear. Fully himself, always.
Manufacturing
Every MIJSA pair is handmade in our own unit in Agra, India - cut, stitched, and finished by hand, start to finish. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is mass-produced on a line.
Shipping
We ship pan-India from Agra. Delivery takes up to 10 working days depending on your pincode, and shipping is free on orders above ₹5,999. Cash on delivery is available; our team will call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Return policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging. Ordered the wrong size? You get one free size exchange, subject to stock. Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos or video and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

We build for durability the same way we build for comfort - genuine leather, handmade construction, nothing cut to save a rupee. How long that actually translates to is really up to you - how you wear them, how you look after them. We've done our part. The rest is in your hands.
Can I wear these without socks?
A few MIJSA styles - the leather slip-on sneakers, the loafers, the boat shoes - are built to go sockless comfortably. Whether you should is entirely up to you and your personal styling preference. Either way works. We just made sure the shoe wouldn't be the thing holding you back.
What is the return policy?

When will I get my order?
