The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as and when the relevant provisions come into force.

GENERAL TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform or the Services, or by otherwise providing Us with Your information, You confirm that You are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

You consent to Our collection, use, sharing and disclosure of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at Our sole discretion at any time. Severability. Each clause of this Privacy Policy is separate, independent and severable from every other clause, except where expressly stated otherwise or where the context requires otherwise. A determination that one or more clauses are void or unenforceable will not affect the remaining clauses.
